We have loved living here for the past 16 years and are still one of the newer residents alongside our other long term, friendly neighbours, many of whom have lived here for much longer. When people settle here, they don’t move much.

We were immediately attracted to the peaceful and pretty grassed area to the front of the house with its bushes and blossom trees, which often attracts varied wildlife throughout the year.

We have been able to enjoy this natural environment as well as benefitting from parking in our garage nearby.

Our home has been great for accommodating a growing family, because there has been double doors added in the centre of our lounge. We are able to open them when we require a open-plan space or close them if we want to partake in different activities. Our conservatory provides even more opportunities and opens out onto our private, low maintenance garden, which is not overlooked.

Solihull is just a short walk away, along with two lovely parks and easy access to the canal where we often walk along to go the the Boat Pub in Catherine-De-Barnes. We also have a

Good Ofsted-rated school nearby.
